Founder & Principal
As Founder of ACF Collective, Chris brings more than 20 years of C-suite executive and general counsel experience advising globally complex, highly regulated public companies through periods of transformation, growth, and strategic change. Drawing from his leadership at Woodward, Inc., where he led enterprise-defining transactions and more than $10 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Chris helps organizations approach strategy with both commercial rigor and long-term perspective. He is especially passionate about breaking down organizational silos, strengthening cross-functional decision-making, and equipping leaders with the tools to create sustained enterprise value.
Anthony Michael
VP operations
Anthony brings a cross-functional, operational lens to ACF Collective, helping support the growth of both ACF Strategy and ACF Properties through a balance of strategic thinking and executional leadership. With experience spanning consulting, education, luxury real estate, and business operations, he focuses on building the systems, processes, and organizational capacity needed to scale intentionally and effectively. Anthony is especially driven by the challenge of translating vision into action, ensuring that complex initiatives are executed with clarity, adaptability, and long-term impact.
Michelle Guida
PROGRAM MANAGER
Michelle is the Program Manager for ACF Collective, where she integrates client relations with operational systems to deliver a high-caliber experience. Drawing on her luxury hospitality background, she serves as the primary liaison for client and business partner relationships, handling each with thoughtful care. She translates big-picture goals into clear milestones, managing timelines alongside the team to ensure seamless execution. From onboarding to final delivery, Michelle maintains rigorous standards to ensure every detail of the program is a success for both clients and the ACF team.
Robbie Del Rosario
As Tax Executive at ACF Collective, Robbie brings extensive experience across all areas of corporate taxation, with deep expertise in both domestic and international tax strategy. His background spans income tax and indirect tax compliance, planning, and reporting, including sales tax, VAT, and property tax matters across complex business environments. Robbie is especially focused on helping organizations navigate evolving tax landscapes with precision, ensuring that financial and operational decisions are supported by thoughtful, forward-looking tax strategy.
